1. Nature of Digital Products
All products available on Digisaman are digital and non-tangible.
Once a product is purchased and delivered/downloaded, it cannot be returned like physical goods.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products:
- All sales are final and non-refundable
- Once the order is confirmed and the product is delivered, no refunds will be issued
- Digital products, once accessed or downloaded, become part of your digital assets and cannot be reversed
3. Exceptions (Eligible for Refund)
We understand that rare issues may occur. Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

- If you do not receive your product within 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund
✔️ Technical Issues (Valid Cases Only)
- If the product is completely unusable or inaccessible due to a verified issue from our side

4. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved:
- The refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders cannot be cancelled once placed
- Since delivery of digital products is usually instant, cancellation is not applicable

- If you haven’t received your product within 14 days, please contact us for support
